Gregory S. Costabile is a principal in the law firm of Phillips, Mille & Costabile Co LPA. The firm has two offices, Middleburg Heights and Mayfield Heights, to meet the needs of its clients in Cuyahoga, Medina, Lake, Summit, Lorain, and adjacent counties. Mr. Costabile has a diverse practice with an emphasis in family relations law issues, including but not limited to, divorce, dissolution, child custody, visitation and support, business evaluation, retirement and other detailed financial accounts, pre-marital agreements, spousal support, real estate issues, tax issues, equitable allocation of assets and debts, issues involving children born out of wedlock, and complex litigation and appellate issues. Mr. Costabile is also a Certified Mediator and has been trained in the art of Collaborative Law to find alternative methods to assist individuals to resolve conflicts in a cost efficient manner.

Mr. Costabile is a member in good standing with the American, Ohio, and Cleveland Bar Associations (Family Law Divisions). He is also a member of the Justinian Forum, Northeast Ohio League for Leadership and Advocacy, Mayfield Business Education Community Alliance Board of Trustees, as well as the Center for Principled Family Advocacy. He is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law and was named in both 2005 and 2006 as an "Ohio Rising Star" by Law and Politics. Out of Ohio's nearly 45,000 attorneys, only approximately 100 are board certified specialists in family relations law. From 2000-2003, Mr. Costabile co-hosted a legal forum weekly radio program in Cleveland.

Mr. Costabile graduated, cum laude, from Bowling Green State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and received his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1992. He also serves as Mayor of the City of Mayfield Heights, a part-time position.
