Rosemary Grdina Gold has over 25 years of legal experience. Ms. Gold is formerly a partner/owner of the Cleveland law firm of Buckley King where her practice was divided between general business and civil litigation and family law matters. Since June 2002, she has been focusing her work on family law cases. She is experienced in handling cases involving complex property division, related tax issues, determination and modification of spousal and child support, allocation and modification of parental rights, relocation, and prenuptial agreements. Ms. Gold has been elected to The Best Lawyers in America since 2006, and has the highest rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell.
Ms. Gold graduated magna cum laude from Notre Dame College of Ohio and cum laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. She is presently a member of the Ohio State, , Cleveland Metropolitan( Family Law Section) and Ohio Women's Bar (Judicial Selection Committee) Associations; and a Life Member of the Eighth District Judicial Conference. She has been a speaker at seminars related to family law issues.
Ms. Gold currently is a member of the Board of Directors for Susan G. Komen for the Cure Northeast Ohio Affiliate and serves as Chair of their Advocacy Committee. She is a member of the International Who's Who of Professionals, the Ursuline College Legal Studies Advisory Council, a former member of the Notre Dame College Paralegal Studies Advisory Board, a former trustee and past president of Transitional Housing, Inc., and a former member of the Board of Directors of Young Audiences of Greater Cleveland.
