Prior to beginning her own family law practice, Ms. Habinski had a successful career in commercial and corporate real estate law. She was eager to expand her skills in difficult negotiations and conflict resolution to a more personal arena – helping families in transition.
Ms. Habinski has advanced training in the emerging field of Collaborative Practice. She is a member of Cleveland's Center for Principled Family Advocacy, where she has met the additional standards required for admission to the Center's Collaborative Practice Group. Ms. Habinski is also one of a small number of Cleveland attorneys who are members of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Ms. Habinski also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in both the Juvenile Division and the Domestic Relations Division of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. She is a graduate of the University of Akron and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. |
