Marie M. Rady focuses her practice at Weston Hurd LLP on family law cases involving alternative dispute resolution processes. Marie's extensive training in alternative dispute resolution includes basic and advanced Collaborative training, basic and family law mediation and domestic violence training.
Marie has been a member of the Center for Principled Family Advocacy since its inception and served as its President in 2005-2006. Additionally, Marie is a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, the Southwest Bar Association, and has served as the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association. Marie graduated from Heidelberg College in 1983, and went on to receive her Master in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and Juris Doctor from the University of Akron. |
