Elaine has over 15 years experience in Business Valuation and Litigation Consulting Services.
Elaine has prepared numerous valuations of professional practices, manufacturing, retail, and
service companies, among others for domestic relations, estate and gift tax, and other litigation
purposes. She has also prepared and reviewed analyses and reports both determining economic
damages and assessing the propriety of other expert's reports.
Elaine periodically grades examinations of candidates seeking the CVA certification from
the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), and lectures on business
valuations, economic damages, professional standards and ethics and other topics to accountants,
attorneys, and business leaders. Elaine is a CPA, CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) and is a
member of the AICPA, OSCPA, NACVA, and Litigation Support Committee of the OSCPA.
