JENIFERE R. SINGLETON’s legal practice focuses on divorce, family law, custody, civil litigation and the business issues related to those practice areas. Ms. Singleton is sensitive to her clients’ concerns and desires and always strives to effectively resolve issues in the most practical and amicable way possible. She strongly believes in mediation and collaborative advocacy as effective mechanisms to achieve solutions beneficial to all parties. Her association with Barbara K. Roman provides for a comprehensive team approach to resolving conflict with minimal stress. Ms. Singleton graduated from Villanova University in May of 2000, majoring in Interpersonal Communications. She went on to study law at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University and received her law degree in 2003. While completing her studies at Cleveland-Marshall, she served as a law clerk in a small boutique firm specializing in family law. Ms. Singleton joined Meyers Roman in 2003. She is a member of American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Bar Association, Family Law Section and Cuyahoga County Bar Association, Family Law Section. Ms. Singleton is also a trustee for the Center for Principled Family Advocacy. She is trained in collaborative and advanced collaborative practices and is a member of the Cleveland Collaborative Practice Group of the Center for Principled Family Advocacy.
